Kanye West further cemented his histrionic diva image by bailing on several scheduled performances this week. Page Six reports

Kanye West’s arrogance is legendary, but now the rapper doesn’t even feel the need to promote his album - last week, West didn’t bother to show up at a “Today” show concert. West [canceled] his scheduled appearance at “TRL” [and] his interview with David Letterman. We also heard he was thinking of backing out of “Ellen,” and might not do “Saturday Night Live” at the end of October. “Kanye knows he is winning the album battle with 50 Cent and is so high on his horse that he can’t even bother promoting his album,” sniffed one spy.

I’m sure thirteen year old white boys everywhere will be crying into their pillows tonight. After they’re done drinking juice glasses full of vodka and cutting their arms and masturbating in the bathroom over a video camera and then putting the footage on the internet under the tag “hairless wonder.” I find that’s what usually starts me on a good long pillow-cry. That, or thinking about that time I accidentally killed a puppy with a toboggan because I thought it was just a rock. And Kanye West not being on TV, of course. Sometimes it’s almost like I can’t breathe!
